This corn chowder celebrates the best of summer with sweet corn. summer-ripe WS-garden-grown cherry tomatoes, basil, and lime. Made with just a bit of butter and no cream, it’s nearly as light and fresh as a salad (a salad with a bit of bacon that is :).
Bacon, Basil, Black Pepper, Butter, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Stock (Bay Leaf, Carrot, Celery, Chicken Bones, Onion, Parsley, Thyme, Tomato Paste), Corn, Garlic, Lime, Onion, Salt, Shallot, Yukon Gold Potato
- Gently simmer, until hot.
